Here at GSR Heating Ltd we care about what our customers think - therefore all feedback is appreciated so we can continue to make changes to our services we provide to our customers and suppliers.

In the unlikly event of a complaint please write to us at Energy House Grandstand Road Hereford HR4 9NH alternativly you can email info@gsrheating.co.uk and we will respond within 7 days of recieving the complaint.

ADR. (Alternative Dispute Resolution.

GSR Heating Ltd will always do its best to listen to there customers complaints and feedback however in an event neither party can resolve a complaint we will refer it to our ADRs.
These include but not limited to:
ACAS - EMPLOYMENT
CAB - Citizens Advice Bureau
GAS SAFE
OFTEC
GDGC
